CARDIO KICK BOXING

One of our many experienced trainers leads this class with high intensity choreographed movements of punches, kicks and knee strikes set to fast paced music. A typical Cardio Kick boxing work out lasts anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the intensity of the workout. Don’t worry You don’t need any martial arts experience to take a cardio kickboxing class, everyone is welcome. Recommended for clients who get Bored easily and are full of energy!
